Brian Bauers Music Design brings together four top composers with diverse backgrounds and influences to create music that is at once innovative, fresh and distinctive.

A self-contained music production company, BBMD was formed in early 2003. Along with Producer Frank X. Fallon, composer Brian Bauers sought out other respected artists and musicians to create a cutting edge music house unlike anything else available in the world of commercial composition. He approached his Emmy Award-winning uncle, John Bauers, multi-platinum songwriter Peter Bliss, and respected hip-hop producer Tyrone Johnson, and together, they've formed a collaborative team to take client goals and turn them into music and sound design that is appreciated by today's discerning consumers.

BBMD brings an enormous amount of talent and experience to the table:

Brian Bauers has eight years of experience as a music producer since he graduated NYU with a degree in Music and Technology. His edgy composition for the 2002 Nike "Pull Up" campaign was declared number one in Shoot Magazine's 2003 music and sound design top-ten list. He's also written music for ads from Target, AOL, and BMW while freelancing for most major music houses in New York (Tomandandy, Sacred Noise, JSM, Bang, Duotone, Big Wave) and Chicago (Track Attack, Steve Ford). His recent advertising work includes jingles for Coca-Cola, Bluefly.com, Capri-Sun, and Vioxx to name a few. He recently recorded and produced Christine Lavin's 17th Album "Folkzinger" (Appleseed Records), as well as Kaki King's debut Album "Everybody Loves You" (Epic Records). His band,The WMDs (http://www.thewmds.com) has played shows across the Northeast and East Coast and recorded three albums since 1998. Listen.com says, "Brian Bauers delivers his well-written lyrics with passion and arranges and plays his music with an understated maturity," Appleseed Records boasts of "the fresh musical input of multi-instrumentalist Bauers," on Folkzinger. His mom describes him as the "nicest and most deserving person I know."

An Emmy Award winning composer and songwriter, John Bauers has won awards from ASCAP five years running. He's worked for ABC, PBS, Lifetime Television, Court TV, the New York Mets, the L.A. Clippers, NBA Entertainment, Reebok, Time-Life, D.C. Comics, and Rhino Records to name a few. He's also done scores for films, documentaries, TV shows and audio books; written Billboard-charted dance records; and created more than 25 children's records. He has won Brian's "coolest uncle award" for the past 25 years in which the "Unk de la Funk" has had many glorifying moments.

He wrote the theme song for CBS' Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat &endash; a show now seen worldwide &endash; and music for Nivea, Johnson & Johnson, Immunex and Celgene. Having also done a lot of work in the educational field, Peter won the 1996 Nappa Gold and Parent's Choice Foundation awards for his work on Jonathan Sprout's American Heroes LP.

Tyrone Johnson is an emerging, yet accomplished hip-hop and R&B producer. His compositions speak clearly to the urban and popular youth markets, while also being in touch with all types of musical sensibilities. He has worked with hundreds of independent recording artists, shaping the sound of today's cutting edge music scene.

Producer Frank Fallon &endash; drummer for the legendary New York band, King Norris &endash; combines musical talent with business ability and attention to detail.
